•__zeadata_session — Strictly necessary. Maintains your authenticated session. Expires when you log out or your session times out (max 24 hours).

•__zeadata_csrf — Strictly necessary. Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks. Session cookie; expires on browser close.

•__zeadata_prefs — Functional. Stores UI preferences such as sidebar state, theme, and default dashboard. Expires after 90 days.

•__zeadata_org — Strictly necessary. Identifies your active organisation tenant. Expires with the session.

•_zd_analytics — Analytics. Tracks anonymised usage events for product analytics. Expires after 12 months.

•_zd_perf — Performance. Records response times and error rates for performance monitoring. Expires after 30 days.

Third-party cookies may also be set by our infrastructure and analytics providers. We minimise third-party cookie usage and require our providers to comply with applicable data protection laws.

4. Cookies on Our Marketing Website

In addition to the platform application, our marketing website (zeadata.io) uses:

•Analytics cookies (e.g., aggregated page view tracking) to understand which pages, content, and campaigns are most effective.

•Preference cookies to remember if you have dismissed consent notices or preference banners.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on our marketing website. We do not share visitor data with advertising networks.
